Job summary

Dean Snyder Construction seeks a Superintendent II to lead on-site construction of commercial/industrial projects in Nebraska. You will direct crews, coordinate with owners, engineers and subs, monitor safety, and maintain schedules and quality to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction, strong leadership, and ability to read drawings and manage multi-million-dollar projects. Travel and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial/industrial construction.
• 3+ years leading projects as Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience managing complex industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, QC, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of construction crews and supervise daily project tasks.
• Communicate with owners, project manager, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Assist in resolving safety issues and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop three-week look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Maintain project schedule, staffing, and budget on site.
• Oversee quality of work and ensure field crews have materials/equipment.
