Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with progressive field leadership responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience leading projects as a Superintendent or comparable field leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and project teams while maintaining schedule and quality expectations.
