Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of construction and equipment operation experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Ability to supervise crews of 5+ and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of construction crews and supervise projects.
• Develop three week look ahead schedules.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance on site.
• Attend progress meetings with project manager and owner.
• Maintain daily logs and paperwork; track time and costs.
• Hire/terminate recommendations and performance reviews.
