Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction and equipment operation experience, including 2 years in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise construction crews and subcontractors on projects.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work to keep jobs on track and within budget.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety policies on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers and clients.
• Maintain daily records, time-cards, and job logs; prepare progress reports.
• Attend progress meetings and communicate site issues to stakeholders.
