Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience with progressive field leadership.
• 3+ years leading projects as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience managing complex industrial projects (manufacturing, food/beverage, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction means, scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and project teams while maintaining schedule and quality expectations.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred but not required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of construction crews and supervise daily projects.
• Train employees, provide technical guidance, and evaluate performance.
• Communicate with owners, project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure on-site safety and OSHA compliance; enforce policies.
• Develop three-week look-ahead schedules and manage budgets.
