Segra in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing (full-time) to lead the indirect purchasing team. The role manages PO and blanket orders, supplier relationships, sourcing support, and audit/compliance with purchasing policies.

You will partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering and Project Management to deliver cost‑effective, compliant procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field required.
• CPSM or other procurement certification preferred.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect purchasing team and oversee day-to-day purchasing operations for indirect goods and services.
• Manage PO and blanket order lifecycle, supplier relationships, and invoice-discrepancy escalation.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
• Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver procurement solutions.
