Job summary

Segra is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Purchasing to lead the indirect purchasing team and oversee day-to-day purchasing operations for indirect goods and services. You will manage PO and blanket orders, nurture supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and audits.

You will partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver timely, cost-effective procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Supply Chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with a Dynamics 365 or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Indirect Purchasing team to meet service, compliance, and performance goals.
• Oversee PO and blanket order lifecycle, invoice discrepancy resolution, and audit readiness.
• Cultivate supplier relationships and provide sourcing support; drive cost/value improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain to deliver procurement solutions.
