Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of operational incidents affecting AI data center services. You will act as the central command during major incidents, coordinating engineering, networking, facilities, and vendor teams to ensure rapid triage and effective post-incident analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in incident management, site reliability, or infra ops.
• Experience leading high-pressure incident responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical (SEV-1/SEV-2) incidents across AI infra, GPU clusters, networking, storage, and data centers.
• Act as Incident Commander during major outages, coordinating multiple teams.
• Provide executive-level incident summaries and post-incident reviews.
