Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Senior Incident Manager to lead critical incident response across AI data center infrastructure. You will act as the Incident Commander, coordinating across engineering, networking, facilities, and vendors to ensure rapid resolution and clear communications.

The role emphasizes deep HA infra expertise, large GPU clusters, cloud or hybrid platforms, and a track record of lowering MTTR through structured PIRs and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading incidents in large-scale distributed infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SRE, or equivalent incident frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the response to critical incidents (SEV-1/SEV-2) impacting AI infrastructure and data center operations.
• Act as Incident Commander during major outages coordinating multiple teams.
• Provide updates to leadership and post-incident analyses to drive improvements.
• Maintain incident runbooks, dashboards, and operational health reporting.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents.
