Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Senior Manager of Detection & Response to lead a high-performing team safeguarding our multi-cloud security posture. You will report to the CISO and steer automation, threat hunting, and proactive incident response across 24/7 operations.

You will define frameworks, scale detection capabilities with AI-powered tools hosted in our infrastructure, and collaborate with Product and Platform teams to reduce reactive firefighting while maintaining rapid response capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security with 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven ability to build security programs from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead Detection & Response team to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Define and implement threat management frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to scale security.
• Drive blameless post-incident reviews with measurable outcomes.
