Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to lead end-to-end incident response for AI infrastructure and data center services. The role centers on rapid triage, cross-team coordination, and clear communication during major incidents.

Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in high-availability infrastructure, GPU clusters, networking, and cloud platforms, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of incident management, SRE, or infrastructure operations experience.
• Experience handling incidents in large-scale distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of data center ops, GPU compute, networking, storage, cloud or hybrid infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead the response to critical incidents as Incident Commander.
• Establish incident timelines and maintain response documentation.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts during major incidents.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive preventive improvements.
