Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability to plan, execute, and deliver programs that enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our SaaS infrastructure. You will coordinate across engineering, product, and operations, applying SRE best practices and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in the High-Tech Industry, including 5+ years in technical program management or SRE.
• Experience managing 25+ team members, with a demonstrated ability to deliver under deadlines.
• Experience presenting program plans and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience with SRE principles, including observability, incident response, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience building dashboards and taking a data-driven approach to projects.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and agile/scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SRE programs, including incident management, release management, observability, automation, and capacity planning, to support system reliability and performance
• Coordinate work across teams of software engineers, SREs, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and track technical deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reports that highlight program status, milestones, challenges, and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
• Partner with Incident Commanders to support post-incident reviews, help drive root cause analysis, and track preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system resilience
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, translating technical details into business impact
