Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior for a hybrid role (3 days in office) across multiple offices including Renton, WA. You will design, implement, and manage incentive plans, partnering with sales compensation and business leaders to drive value and motivate the right behaviors.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field; 5+ years in compensation or related area preferred.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross-functional program or system implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting and issue resolution with data accuracy and controls.
• Contributes to design and ongoing management of incentive compensation programs including new plans and changes.
• Partners with stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability and participant experience.
• Designs and implements incentive programs that align with business goals with leaders.
• Works with tech and operations to support system configuration and testing of plans.
• Develops analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
• Serves as subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to leaders and participants.
