Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement, and manage incentive plans that drive the right sales behaviors. You will partner with the sales compensation team and business leaders to translate strategies into effective plans and payments.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, system collaboration, and cross-functional program leadership to support business goals and ensure accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 5+ years in compensation/incentive or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting and issue resolution.
• Designs and manages incentive compensation programs and measures.
• Collaborates with sales incentive team and stakeholders to improve processes and systems.
• Consults with business leaders to design incentive programs aligned with goals.
• Works with IT and operations to implement plan requirements and test configurations.
• Develops analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Serves as subject matter expert on incentive compensation for leaders and partners.
