Job summary

Shure Incorporated is seeking a Senior Incentive Plan Administrator to drive the design, implementation, and governance of global incentive compensation programs in a hybrid Niles, IL role. You will ensure plan understanding, payment accuracy, and policy adherence, delivering meaningful reports and partnering with cross-functional teams across divisions to optimize plan effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation administration.
• Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders across divisions and regions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and annual review of the global incentive plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Act as the primary point of contact for incentive questions, clearly communicate plan details and changes, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Audit and reconcile data and documentation to prepare for Finance's payment calculation.
• Generate regular reports and provide insights to management to support decision-making and assess plan effectiveness.
• Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of sales incentive administration.
• Provide training and communication to incentive participants.
• Calculate quarterly SI payments and annual VC payments in preparation for Finance's audit and payroll process.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
