Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Incentive Analyst to calculate sales incentives and retention bonuses for account representatives and sales executives across all markets. You will ensure accuracy of the incentive system, and timely delivery of statements for new business, life, renewal and retention.

Role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Business and 1 year incentive experience, plus strong Excel skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentives and retention bonuses for account representatives and sales executives across segments and markets.
• Ensure accuracy of the incentives system calculations and timely delivery of incentive statements.
• Remediate system exceptions and errors in incentive reporting by product code, company, and cost center.
• Develop and test new incentive structures and calculations; format reports.
• Contribute to training of incentive specialists on new calculations and processes.
