NHS Jobs in Oklahoma is seeking a Lead Resourcing Advisor to lead resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment across service areas, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a robust and agile service.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, advise on sourcing channels, design adverts, participate in candidate evaluation, build talent pools, train managers on the ATS, ensure GDPR compliance, and contribute to strategic HR projects and policy development.

Responsabilidades

• Be proactive member of HR Resourcing team and provide quality service to hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in designated area.
• Advise on sourcing channels, including third-party advertising and social media.
• Design and create adverts across print, online, or social media.
• Participate in candidate evaluation and selection.
• Build candidate talent pools and design interview materials.
• Coordinate psychometric testing where appropriate.
• Provide data analytics of key recruitment metrics.
• Maintain the team's digital presence (careers pages, SharePoint, social media).
• Coordinate with agency suppliers when required.
• Provide guidance on employment policies and procedures.
• Provide line management to a small team and develop direct reports.
• Act as deputy for the Resourcing Manager.
• Provide operational input to maintenance and review of HR Policies and Procedures.
• Deliver Job Evaluation.
• Develop and manage relationships with candidates, managers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on specialist resourcing projects including policy/process development and HR systems procurement.
• Horizon scan for industry information to keep council ahead in resourcing.
• Manage CSAT survey and feed results into improvements.
• Provide recruitment training with new managers and hiring managers.
• Use ATS to manage recruitment workflow and interview management, train managers on the system, ensure GDPR/compliance.
