Norman Regional Hospital is seeking a qualified Human Resources Recruiter with a Registered Nurse background to support recruitment and candidate screening. The role reports to the Human Resources department and oversees applicant logging and orientation coordination.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure in Oklahoma and several years of clinical experience, plus familiarity with hospital HR processes to support staffing and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Three years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
• Oklahoma RN license - must be current, restriction-free and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Recruits qualified applicants for vacancies.
• Oversees logging in, reviewing and screening of applications and resumes
• Represents Human Resources and Employment for Norman Regional Hospital
• Oversees Orientation lists
