Job summary

LHH is seeking a Salaried Professional Recruiter for a fully remote, long-term contract. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for salaried roles, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

Required: 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with a track record in salaried/professional roles. Strong sourcing, multi-channel strategies, and SuccessFactors experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional recruiting experience for salaried roles.
• In-house corporate recruiting experience required.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Experience sourcing via multiple channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Experience with ATS; SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for salaried professional roles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to define role requirements.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with hiring needs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, assessments, and selections with an inclusive process.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage internal and external candidates and navigate internal processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS/SuccessFactors system.
• Leverage data and reporting to inform hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and adjust strategies.
