Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Senior Clinical Recruiter for a fully remote Temp to Perm role. The recruiter will lead end-to-end clinical hiring, support workforce planning, and deliver recruiting analytics to executive leadership.

Based out of Long Island, NY, the role collaborates with leadership, improves sourcing, and ensures a streamlined candidate experience while adhering to healthcare hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience, preferably with clinical recruiting.
• Recruitment strategy and organizational development experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to plan workforce needs and hiring requirements.
• Design proactive sourcing to create pipelines of qualified clinical talent.
• Develop targeted candidate outreach campaigns using job boards and social networks.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and healthcare roles, including nurses and pharmacists.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Assess workflows and systems, proposing improvements to hiring efficiency.
