Job summary

Latitude is seeking a Senior AGC for SaaS commercial contracting to partner with the mortgage technology division. This hands-on, in-house role offers exposure to senior management and high-value customers.

The position concentrates on complex SaaS agreements, strategic technology transactions, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. It requires a JD and in-house/AmLaw experience, with in-office work across Jacksonville, Provo, or Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience
• Proven negotiation skills in complex commercial deals
• Experience in AmLaw 100 firm and in-house legal department
• Ability to work across international time zones and collaboratively with senior management

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS commercial agreements and enterprise terms.
• Advise on strategic commercial technology transactions and AI-enabled workflows.
• Provide business-focused legal guidance to sales, product, finance, marketing, and data governance teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative legal culture
• Improve templates, workflows, and processes for efficiency and risk management
• Engage with key customers and executives during negotiations and issue resolution
