Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Director, Associate General Counsel to lead enterprise SaaS contracting for the Mortgage Technology unit. This role drafts, negotiates, and closes high-value agreements with lenders, servicers, banks, and partners, and reports to the General Counsel.

In-office attendance is required in Jacksonville, FL; Provo, UT; or Atlanta, GA. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in tech contracting, strong drafting/negotiation, and ability to guide cross-functional teams and

Qualifications

Requires a JD from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission in good standing.
Eight+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably counseling a technology company (SaaS).
Experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements for technology providers in financial services.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and close complex enterprise SaaS agreements with strategic customers.
Provide strategic legal and business guidance to internal stakeholders.
Develop domain expertise over product solutions and align contracts with product/technology.
Lead and coordinate with a diverse legal team to adopt templates and processes.
