Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and in good standing with the state bar.
• 4+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably counseling a technology company (SaaS contracting).
• Experience negotiating enterprise SaaS contracts and accompanying revenue, privacy, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and close a variety of commercial agreements, focusing on enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Understand ICE Mortgage Technology solutions to ensure alignment with contracts.
• Provide legal and business guidance to internal go-to-market stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team on platform partner contracting and dispute management.
