Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Director, Associate General Counsel to draft, negotiate, and close complex enterprise SaaS agreements for its mortgage technology platform.

This in-house role requires attendance in Jacksonville, FL (preferred), with relocation support to Provo, UT or Atlanta, GA as needed. You will advise senior leadership, align contracts with product and tech teams, and lead a small legal group.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (bar admission in applicable state).
• 8+ years in law firm and/or in-house, preferably counseling a technology company (SaaS).
• Experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements on the vendor side with financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and close complex enterprise SaaS agreements with key customers.
• Provide expert contract guidance to stakeholders and senior management.
• Understand product offerings and ensure contract alignment with solutions.
• Lead and coordinate with the legal team and other divisions to adopt new templates and processes.
