Job summary

Reporting to the General Counsel of ICE Mortgage Technology, you will lead negotiations, manage a small legal team, and provide strategic guidance to product and technology leaders.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
• 8+ years of law firm or in-house experience, preferably in technology/SaaS contracting
• Demonstrated experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements with financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and close enterprise SaaS agreements with mortgage lenders, servicers, banks, and tech partners
• Develop deep domain expertise in company solutions and align contracts with product and technology strategies
• Partner with internal go-to-market teams to provide timely legal guidance and scalable templates
