Qualifications

• J.D. with active bar admission and 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven negotiation skills in complex, multi-party commercial arrangements.
• Business-minded, solution-oriented with ability to accommodate international time zones.
• Experience in both AmLaw 100 firms and in-house departments.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate and learn new technologies.
• Outstanding professional references.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, emphasizing SaaS enterprise agreements.
• Advise on and negotiate complex, strategic commercial technology transactions.
• Shape the legal team's adoption of AI, including contract review and template development.
• Provide timely, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders across sales, product, finance, marketing, and data governance.
• Collaborate with customers and executive management during negotiations and issue resolution.
• Drive improvements to legal workflows, templates, and AI-enabled tools.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive department culture.
