Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customs Brokerage Import Supervisor I to oversee daily customs brokerage operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely clearance of import/export shipments. You will supervise staff, enforce CBP regulations, and act as a key liaison with clients, government agencies, and internal teams.

Education-wise, a high school diploma is required with preference for a bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years of brokerage experience and supervisory exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily customs brokerage activities including entry filings, classifications, valuations, and duty payments.
• Ensure timely clearance of shipments and maintain customer service standards.
• Review and approve customs entries for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to CBP regulations, FDA, USDA, EPA, and other agency requirements.
• Provide training and supervision to brokerage staff.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and compliance teams.
