Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Customs Brokerage Expert to support operations, customers, and leadership with guidance, onboarding, compliance, and workflow monitoring.

You will handle complex transactions, Power of Attorney support, tariff implementation, and regulatory requirements while promoting strong customer service and operational efficiency. This role offers location flexibility across major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Significant customs brokerage, freight forwarding, international trade. import compliance experience.
• U.S. Customs Broker License strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of customs operations, valuation, origin, tariffs, trade programs, POA support.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and follow-through skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CargoWise.

Responsibilities

• Provide customs brokerage guidance and operational support to teams and customers.
• Monitor transaction flow, identify missing information and compliance concerns.
• Assist with onboarding for new customers and expansions of existing business.
• Support Power of Attorney materials, account profiles, and operating instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex transactions.
• Escalate issues requiring formal compliance interpretation or broker approval.
