Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Des Plaines, IL is hiring for a role coordinating inbound and outbound shipments within our Customs Brokerage Division. You will oversee accounts, ensure compliance with government regulations, and develop efficient processes for multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and at least a high school diploma with relevant logistics experience. The role offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred with >6 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts - review, process complex transactions for assigned accounts across all entry types.
• Create and distribute written exception procedures for classifications, valuation, fees, and related info.
• Assist with overseeing entry processing performance and maintain client profiles and databases.
• Obtain certification for customer classification and other compliance classifications as defined by standards.
• Review documentation and forms, maintain communications with clients, and monitor client processes.
