Job summary

Papaya Global is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding, guiding projects from discovery to go-live. You will manage platform configuration, data migration, testing, and handover to post-implementation teams within a fast-growing, global payroll tech environment.

The role demands excellent project management, strong client-facing skills, and an AI-builder mindset to leverage automations for efficiency and scalability across the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS/payroll HR tech.
• 3–5+ years of payroll implementation/processing in the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding, discovery, configuration, data migration, testing and go-live support.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones across all phases.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand payroll needs and tailor solutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the implementation journey.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows to streamline onboarding, project tracking, and reporting.
