Packsize in Utah is seeking a Senior Implementation Program Manager to lead complex customer deployments from kickoff through go-live and handoff, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while enabling customer teams to operate and realize sustained value.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and drive risk mitigation to deliver adoption-ready outcomes with clear governance and handoff artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of project or program management leading complex customer-facing implementations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer implementation from kickoff through go-live and handoff.
• Translate requirements into an outcomes-based plan with clear milestones and ownership.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple deployments.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, service, and operations to confirm requirements.
• Maintain the Implementation Specification Document and integrated plan.
• Provide concise status updates and recommendations to customers and leadership.
