Job summary

Sitestream, a Polaris Software company based in Beverly, MA, seeks an Implementation Manager to own project delivery from contract closure through to handover. You will line-manage US Project Managers and Camera Technicians, ensuring projects land on time and in budget while liaising with the UK software delivery team.

Based in Beverly with a hybrid work model (3 days in office) and travel across the US, the role requires a strong delivery mindset, vendor coordination, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Experience managing a field-based technical team.
• Experience with permits, regulatory approvals, or working with government bodies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from contract secured to handover to in-life team.
• Lead day-to-day customer engagement with police departments and municipal staff.
• Oversee permits and regulatory approvals, plus hardware and supplier relationships.
• Manage budget tracking and cost performance across your portfolio of projects.
