Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Project Implementation Associate Specialist to deliver structured project management services for our products and services across client and internal engagements.

With supervision, you will manage implementation tasks and ensure milestones are achieved in a hybrid work environment. The role supports cross-functional teams, coordinates stakeholder communications, and maintains implementation processes throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software.
• Customer success experience preferred.
• Up to 30% travel; valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management fundamentals to internal and client projects.
• Establish clear ownership and set expectations for tasks and commitments.
• Coordinate and communicate project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Track progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Assess issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to management.
• Define and maintain implementation processes and lifecycle; coordinate documentation.
• Maintain accurate time and activity tracking in approved business systems.
