Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join a hybrid role in Nashville, Tennessee.

You will lead a large-scale software implementation, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and drive milestones from planning through go-live. This hands-on leader will bring structure to evolving requirements, manage risks, communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives, and partner with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and successful project closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery commitments (fixed-price and/or time-and-materials).
• Strong project management methodology and tool proficiency (e.g., MS Office; project tracking and reporting tools).
• Proven experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while balancing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for a major software implementation program with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Own project governance including scope, schedule, budget tracking, risk/issue management, and change control.
• Facilitate status meetings, document decisions, and provide clear reporting and escalation paths.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams, client partners, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Help remove blockers, drive accountability, and support operational handoffs and project closeout activities.
