Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced client onboarding and SaaS implementation specialist to guide customers from kickoff through adoption, tailoring configurations and reports.

You will partner with sales, product, customer success and support, lead workshops, prepare data loads, and develop training materials, ensuring smooth transitions and scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, CS, Information Systems).
• 5+ years in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Excel proficiency a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ERP implementations; GovTech experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana or similar project tracking tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client training sessions.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify, troubleshoot, elevate, and resolve implementation issues.
• Contribute to improving implementation processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High comfort level with Excel is a plus
• Ability to design and document reports generated from relational databases is a plus
• Ability to author reports using SSRS or Power BI is a significant plus
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, particularly GovTech, is a plus
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar project tracking and time management software is a plus
