Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Project Manager to coordinate business systems implementations across Lines of Business, develop charters, scopes, milestones, and timelines, and lead resource scheduling. You will initiate projects, schedule tasks, and conduct progress meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include documenting issues, preparing reports, ensuring audit/compliance, and fostering cross-team collaboration using established PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum two years in an analytical role with supervisory functions.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management disciplines and SDLC.

• Coordinate the implementation of business systems in support of Lines of Business programs
• Develop project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines
• Initiate projects and schedule resources for tasks, status update meetings, and working sessions
• Conduct meetings and update project progress
• Prepare project reports and present to stakeholders
• Document, assign, and track project issues and escalated issues
• Follow established project management methodology and deliverables
• Ensure projects meet all audit and compliance requirements
• Build relationships and collaborate with teams throughout the organization

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Bachelor's degree preferably with a major or minor in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
• At least two years in an analytical role that involved supervisory functions

• Excellent organizational skills and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of project management disciplines
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
