Job summary

RSM is seeking a data integration/ERP-CRM focused role in Colorado. The candidate will collaborate with client teams to design, implement, and test data integrations across ERP/CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions.

The position requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related IT field, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with SSRS, SharePoint, and CRM SDKs. Travel to client sites is expected, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related IT field required
Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
Database Design experience
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must be a team player and communicate effectively at all levels
Travel to assigned client locations is required
Must have access to transportation to client locations
Software, CRM or ERP experience
Experience with SSRS
Experience with MOSS/SharePoint Services
Experience with Microsoft CRM SDK
Experience with programming languages such as VB.net, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
Experience with data integration tools
Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Develop strong working relationships with clients by understanding their businesses and challenges
Integrate new systems into clients' infrastructure
Design and document specifications for data integrations
Coordinate with client lead users and engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs
Document requirements and assist in ERP/CRM development and customizations
Develop deeper knowledge of proper coding techniques
Troubleshoot and perform data cleanup as necessary
Maintain data integrity procedures, processes and policies

Work with large and small companies in various industries
Develop strong working relationships with clients by understanding their businesses and challenges
Work on multiple team engagements each year, including several pieces of each assignment
Learn and implement design changes to existing systems
Integrate new systems into clients' infrastructure
Maintain data integrity procedures, processes and policies
Troubleshoot and perform data cleanup as necessary
