• Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products
• Drive consistency and quality across services delivery teams
• Collaborate with delivery teams across business units to design implementation plans spanning multiple product segments
• Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations and integration services
• Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects
• Perform hands-on technical implementation work where needed
• Engage technical and business stakeholders to articulate architectural vision
• Guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions
• Serve as the technical voice of services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Extensive experience implementing enterprise software architecture and technologies
• Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2B domains
• 5+ years of experience in LegalTech or FinTech
• 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience using data integrations with BOOMI (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of cloud and enterprise middleware technologies
• Knowledge of REST and other APIs
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Knowledge of service security and scalability
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
