Job summary

Medallion seeks a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead a team delivering client implementations, training, and adoption of its provider operations platform. You will drive repeatable, high-quality delivery and partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Operations, and Engineering.

You will own staffing, project plans, and KPI-driven processes to enable faster, lower-effort delivery and margin-positive services, reporting to the Director of Technical Services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services.
• 3+ years of people management leading an Implementation team.
• Proven ability to own complex end-to-end enterprise B2B SaaS implementations and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers with clear goals and growth opportunities.
• Build detailed project plans with milestones, owners, and timelines to drive on-time go-lives.
• Define KPIs and scalable processes; own staffing model, onboarding, and onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into technical specs and ensure smooth handoffs.
