Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of client-facing implementation, consulting, project delivery, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with external clients.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate scope, priorities, dependencies, and conflict.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day implementation partner and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building relationships across business, operations, clinical, technology, and leadership teams.
• Clarify milestones, decisions, resource needs, dependencies, readiness expectations, and next steps.
• Influence client and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Lead day-to-day implementation execution across technology, operations, clinical, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and client-facing deliverables.
• Establish ownership, due dates, deliverables, and readiness criteria; drive follow-through on decisions.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues to keep implementations moving forward.
• Provide meaningful client and internal status updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support a smooth transition from implementation to steady-state operations.
• Translate client needs into actionable workstreams with clear owners and deadlines.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to keep activities moving forward.
