About the role

As a member of the Implementation team, you will own and drive the implementation phase of the customer journey, setting a strong foundation for long‑term success with Medallion. You will manage several projects in parallel, including top priority enterprise accounts that span Medallion's complete suite of services and products, and serve as the main point of contact for customers. Your role involves project‑managing the end‑to‑end implementation process and partnering with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.

This role reports to the Manager of Implementation. Base compensation may land between $95,000 and $140,000, and includes equity and benefits as part of the total package.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Issue Resolution
  • Build project plans with clear milestones and due dates, holding customers and internal partners accountable.
  • Proactively project‑manage the end‑to‑end implementation to achieve target timelines and goals.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to align on key milestones and workflows.
  • Identify and resolve blockers that could delay an implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, and manage expectations throughout the customer journey.
• Data Exchange & System Setup
  • Support large customers in familiarizing themselves with our data model and import requirements.
  • Use APIs, integrations, and system configurations to manage and communicate with product and engineering teams.
• Customer Experience
  • Ensure customers achieve first value with Medallion.
  • Champion customers, identify opportunity areas, and create feedback loops between customers and internal teams.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Identify gaps in the current implementation process.
  • Drive the development of processes and resources to support scalability while maintaining strong customer NPS.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation and/or project management, specifically leading complex SaaS implementations.
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup, ideally in health tech, digital health, or healthcare operations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level projects in a complex organizational environment, with a track record of successful technical delivery.
• Proven track record of leading end‑to‑end client implementations.
• Exceptional client‑facing communication: executive presence, stakeholder call facilitation, and technical translation.
• Experience with SaaS configuration (integrations, APIs, workflows, permissions, reporting).
• Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Asana.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, focused on driving results and achieving project objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
