Job summary

Geomatik seeks a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead remote teams delivering client installations of technical systems in the US market. You will drive onboarding standardization and coordinate with consulting, sales, and project management to ensure timely value delivery.

You will guide budgets, staffing, and process improvements, while maintaining client satisfaction and deep knowledge of Octave-based solutions across product lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation leadership.
• Extensive onboarding and customer-facing project management experience.
• ITIL, HDI, or other service management certifications a plus.
• Ability to self-manage and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams responsible for setup and installation of technical systems and processes.
• Leads standardization of onboardings across customer segments to reduce time to value.
• Interfaces with consulting, sales and PM teams to plan resource needs and demand.
• Provides client insight and feedback to product development and professional services teams.
• Oversees scopes of work (SOWs) and change orders for implementations.
• Responsible for utilization, budgeting, and career development of direct reports.
