Job summary

Octave is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead teams responsible for client installations and onboarding across services. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects for customers in the US.

The position requires extensive experience in implementation leadership, a customer-first mindset, and strong communication skills to align with sales, consulting, and PM teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation leadership or related
• 2+ years of implementation leadership experience
• Extensive onboarding and/or customer-facing project management experience
• Customer focus with strong service delivery mindset
• Ability to self-manage and motivate others
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
• Strong reporting and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lead a team delivering results
• ITIL, HDI, or other service management certs are a plus
• Understanding of Octave applications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage teams responsible for setup and installation of technical systems or processes for clients
• Lead policy development for client installations including access management and data transfer
• Interface with consulting, sales, and PM to align demand for implementation services
• Provide client feedback to product and services teams for improvement
• Oversee scopes of work and change orders for implementations
• Ensure utilization, budgeting, and collaboration with sales to deliver value and career development
