Job summary

Octave is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation for a remote US-based role. You will lead teams responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems for clients, driving standardized onboarding and time-to-value improvements.

You will collaborate with consulting, sales, and PM teams, oversee SOWs, and manage budgets, staffing, and career development. ITIL/HDI certifications and Octave knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementation leadership and service delivery.
• Experience managing teams responsible for setup and installation of technical systems for clients.
• Customer-focused with strong service delivery mindset.
• Ability to self-manage and motivate others; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of consultants across products/services; manage delivery and outcomes.
• Develop strategy and resource plans with consulting, sales, and PM teams to anticipate demand.
• Provide feedback to product development and professional services for improvements.
• Oversee SOWs and change orders; ensure utilization, budgeting, and collaboration with sales.
• Maintain career development for direct employees and ensure quality of service.
