You will guide configuration, best practices, and ensure customers can use the platform confidently in daily operations. Beyond implementation, you may deliver training, workflow optimization, and post-implementation services, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into BigTime configurations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for client-facing work.
