Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a senior Implementation Delivery lead for a client-facing role in the U.S. The position collaborates across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to drive onboarding and go-live activation of EWS products. Hybrid model with locations including New York.

You will guide implementation teams, manage vendors, and ensure best practices, with focus on user experience and performance in digital checkout and payments ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years in integrations, product implementation, or related roles.
• Experience with web/browser and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android).
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of digital checkout, payments, or e-commerce experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Implementation Delivery.
• Manage and direct implementation team and consultants.
• Enforce standards, QA processes, and delivery expectations.
• Review work for quality, consistency, and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Advise external partners on optimal integration approaches.
