Job summary

FactSet seeks a Lead Implementation Specialist to act as a subject matter expert across analytics solutions and manage high-value deployments for investment professionals. You will mentor junior teammates, guide pre-sales solutioning, and drive successful engagements in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years using FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of performance workflows.
• Proven ability to write complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions.
• Certifications CFA/CIPM/CAPM/FRM/MBA preferred.
• Detail-oriented with big-picture thinking.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide product guidance on process solutioning based on client needs.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles.
• Create user workflow specifications and set priorities for integration staff on client requirements.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products.
• Provide user training and support training programs.
• Produce client-facing communications to transition from implementation to support.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
