Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking an experienced Implementations Engineer to act as SME for Bitwarden services and lead deployment planning for large Enterprise engagements. You will advise customers on best practices across the full stack, help with production deployments, and drive adoption of new features post-sales.

You will work with the Customer Engagement Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, coordinate with Engineering and Product, and contribute to troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Excellent English language and grammar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in technical roles with remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Function as SME for Bitwarden and its services.
• Lead deployment planning for large Enterprise engagements.
