Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking a server and cloud enthusiast in the United States to join the Customer Success team as a technical SME. You will handle business inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and drive integrations while ensuring customer satisfaction in an all-remote setup.

You will become a Bitwarden product expert, present live demos, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions to enterprise and individual users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Bitwarden and product portfolio.
• Lead proof-of-concept trials and deployments of containerized services.
• Advise customers on best practices for Bitwarden across stack.
• Work with enterprise customers to identify future solutions.
• Provide guidance for implementations and integrations with security focus.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Product teams.
• Develop and present live technical product demonstrations.
• Document customer feedback to inform the Bitwarden team.
