Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking an Implementation Engineer, Customer Support to join a fully remote team based in the United States. You will become a Bitwarden product expert, handling deployments, integrations, and customer inquiries while ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product, lead proof-of-concept trials, present live demonstrations, and capture customer feedback to help the team exceed expectations.

• Demonstrate live technical product showcases and document feedback.
